On Saturday, Hannah was delighted to cut the ribbon at the opening of Harrow’s brand new Soft Play Centre, Rumble Tumble – the only centre of its kind in the Borough.
The centre will provide a much needed service for young families, with a wide range of facilities for children aged 0-10, with plenty of activities for parents as well.
Centre co-founder, Varsha Joshi, said, “Our soft play area gives children the opportunity to be physical, challenged, creative and social, in a safe and contained area. We have also kept parents in mind by providing a relaxing Café area, with food made to order and full Wi-Fi service”
The centre also offers a dedicated area for toddlers, and a “Sensory” area for children with learning disabilities such as autism.
Following the opening ceremony, Hannah David said, “Rumble Tumble offers a fantastic facility for families with young children. I was particularly impressed to see that the Centre aims to be fully inclusive, and provides dedicated services for children with autism.”
The Centre is also an example of what Harrow needs in terms of small family-run businesses. The owners are determined to work with as many local businesses and suppliers as possible, and I am certain that, as they continue to grow and develop, they will make an important contribution to our local economy. I wish them every success in the future.”
