Hannah David, the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Harrow West today brought Health Secretary, the Rt Hon Jeremy Hunt MP, to Northwick Park Hospital.
There, they were greeted by the Hospital’s CEO, Mr David McVittie and his deputy, Mr Chris Pocklington, and given a tour of the Hospital’s A&E Department, the STARRS Admission Avoidance Service, and the Stroke Ward”. MP for Harrow East, Bob Blackman, was also in attendance.
Mrs David Said, “I was delighted to be able to bring the Health Secretary to Northwick Park Hospital Today. The Hospital is one of London’s major Hospitals, and I wanted the Minister to see first-hand the excellent work that the dedicated staff there do every day. This was a great opportunity for the minister to talk to staff, and the CEO, and find out about the day to day challenges of running of Northwick Park Hospital”
“It was also an opportunity to look to the future. This Conservative-led Government has worked hard to protect frontline services within the NHS, and to meet growing demand. Today, we also had the chance to discuss what the Hospitals needs will be in the coming years, and where improvements need to be made.”
“I look forward to working with the Health Secretary, and the team at Northwick Hospital, to ensure that the hard-working people of Harrow, and their families, receive the very best care in the future”
