On 4th November, Hannah was delighted to attend Lewes Constituency in East Sussex to address the Association Executive on future plans for the Conservative Policy Forum. The event took place in the stunning setting of a 15th Century hotel and was well attended.
Hannah said “this was a great place for my inaugural event as National Director - the place where Maria Caulfield was so successful in taking the seat from the Liberals in May. The Association can now build on their successes and I am looking forward to seeing it grow ever stronger under the leadership of its Chair Philip Ede. I was delighted to see the interest by Philip and his members in the CPF and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.”
During her talk, Hannah explained the importance of the Forum engaging people of all ages from all areas, discussing real issues that matter to them. Hannah also emphasised the necessity of “real” engagement by Ministers in the work of the forum.
